Valentine's 2010

Valentine's Day was fun at our house. Mom and Dad came up to eat lunch and watch the Daytona 500 with us. We ate a great lunch and all opened Valentine cards. Stevie had fun trying to get into hers.

Stevie actually moves around ont he floor now. The only problem is the only direction she has is reverse. She scooted her entire body underneath the end table. I couldn't resist the shot. She ended up straddling the leg of the table and was stuck. She got mad and I had to quickly rescue her....

Stevie must have a thing for tall men.. she ends up with my dad all the time....

It didn't take her long to fall asleep......

Stevie's first circus

We ventured out in the snow on Saturday to attend the greatest show on earth... The Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Circus. Stevie loved all the lights and music. She stayed until the last 10 minutes of the show...I think everyone had a great time.....

Superbowl!!!!

Well, the great superbowl bash happened this year at our house. Steve was sooooo excited that he could finallly host the yearly gathering of all his friends. Michele and her boyfriend Neil came from Abingdon on Saturday. Steve's friend, Ian, came in from Georgia on Saturday evening. We had a house full of friends. We loved it and will do it again any time...

Steve's friend Eric brought his wife and daughter Summer. Summer had fun with Stevie....

Aunt Shelley didn't let Stevie go for long. Matt's wife, Amanda, got to cuddle with Billy's new baby, Maddax, for a while. Look out Matt....it looks like she might be ready for baby #2!!

There is always a lot of fooling around when the boys get together....

Nanny had to endure all the silliness. She did get to escape to her room when it got too rowdy.

Michele and Neil had lots of fun. It was nice to have them come join the craziness....

Stevie's fiirst weekend away... sort of...

Well, I don't have any pictures to document it, but Stevie had her first weekend away from mommy and dady at the MLK holiday. Steve got us a weekend cruise to Nassau, Bahamas for Christmas. Stevie and Nanny hung out in Dobson all weekend. I think Nanny probably enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Weekend in Midlo...

We went to Midlothian for Steve's dad's memorial service the last weekend in January.... the weather was horrendous....we had left Stevie's little travel bed there at Christmas. I thnk she might be getting a bit too big for it....

The McManus Girls Come to Play...

Traci and the girls came to play at the house one Saturday....somehow the only pictures I got were with Payton...She declared that Stevie was a "Slobberpus"... I am afraid that I will have to agree with her....

I just love these cheeks....I think she looks just like her daddy....sheis always this happy!!!

Watching football with daddy

Stevie loves to watch football with her daddy and watched all of the playoff games with him. I haven't figured out how to turn pictures, but this was too cute not to put in....

She doesn't miss a second of the action....

We think her outfit brought the Panthers some good luck, as they played the best they had all season the day she wore this....

My baby is fat and happy....

Peek-a-boo

Stevie likes to play peek-a-boo in her crib whenever someone is working on the computer. we lowered her crib mattress right after we took this picture. She is just getting soooo big.....

Trying new foods....

We started trying out some snacky type foods with Stevie. We started with Cheerios.....


She worked those right out of her mouth.....


We moved on to the biter biscuits...she absolutely loved it....she had it allllll over her by the time she was done....Steve wasn't too hip with all the mess...

Hamilton Visit

Christmas at Nanny's

Stevie helped to make Christmas at Nanny's fun this year. It was sad to all be thre without Grandpop. We just ate A LOT and played with the baby.

She got an octopus from Nanny that plays music....

Her favorite present has been the book with everyone's picture in it. She loves to chew on it!!!

Christmas at Our house

Santa first stop this year was our house!!! Stevie had quite the stack... She loves the blocks that make crinkle sounds....

Stevie was looking at the picture that I had done of her for Steve. It is a recreation of one of her ASU pictures done by writing her name over and over again. I think it is awesome....

Christmas with Granmama and Poppy

We had a great Chirstmas in Winston. We threw reindeer corn out to attract Santa early and spent the afternoon with Granmama and Poppy. We then traveled to JoJo's house to spend Christmas with Poppy's family.
Stevie really likes her new exer-saucer that she got from Granmama and Poppy.

Christmas Snow

The day we all got out for Christmas the snow began to fall. The big kids played outside for 4 hours while we snuggled inside. Stevie took a nap in her normal pose....
I never even got out of my pajamas that day.....
